Patrick previously worked on policy towards advertising, media and consumer affairs with LHC European Public Affairs. Prior to that, he was retained by the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA).
Patrick studied Philosophy and European History at McGill University, Montreal. He holds Masters degrees in European Studies as well as European Politics and Policy from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL).
He is a native English speaker, with proficiency in French.
